BAS receives funding to develop cooperation with Canada
BAS is excited to be 1 of only 14 applicants in Norway to receive funding from the Ministry of Education's strategy for higher education cooperation with North America (2012-2015) - a program which promotes institutional partnerships, increased cooperation in education and increased student mobility between Norway and North America. The call for project funds in 2013 was met with high interest from Norwegian higher education institutions, totaling 41 applications. BAS in collaboration with Ryerson University’s Dept. of Architectural Science (Toronto, Canada) have applied for and have received this funding, which will go towards starting a formal dialogue about future academic collaboration between the two institutions. The funding is administrated by the Norwegian Centre for International cooperation in Education (SiU).
